Maintenance Contracts
 
ACTIVE, through the computerized equipment maintenance contracts, guarantees 24/7 technical support to its clients.

There are various service level agreements such as the following:

• 24 x 7 break & fix, immediate 24hour coverage, 7 days a week.

• 8 x 5 NBD, service within the next working day from the day of the communication of the problem.

• Backup Hardware, provision of backup equipment until the completion of the reparation works.

• Εmail Providing, guarantees the continuous access of the client to his e-mailbox.

• On Site Employee, daily presence of one of ACTIVE's engineers on site until all problems are fixed or for the necessary time delay.
