Yiannis Stasinopoulos
President & President & CEO
Yiannis Stasinopoulos is President & CEO of Active Group since 1995, with extensive experience in the field of Technology and Information Technology. He studied as an Information Technology Applications Technician, acquiring the technical foundations that shaped his business strategy and in-depth understanding of the industry.
Interacts play a central role in strategic planning and the development of innovative solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the ICT market. Under his leadership, Active Group has established itself as a trusted technology partner of private and public sector organizations, earning the trust of customers and partners in Greece and abroad.
Its business activity has received international recognition through awards from leading technology companies.With vision and strategic consistency, it continues to place the Active Group at the forefront of technological developments.
Dimitris Spiliopoulos
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Dimitrios Spiliopoulos Vice President and co-founder of Active Computer Systems, bringing over 30 years of specialized experience in the IT industry. Since the company’s founding in 1995, he has shaped and implemented the strategy that transformed Active from a traditional integrator to an integrated provider of technology solutions and services with a significant presence in the Greek market.
Its activities are focused on the development of major corporate clients and the formation of strategic partnerships with leading international manufacturers, partnerships that have substantially strengthened the competitive position and commercial dynamics of the company.
Today, Dimitris focuses on Active’s business transformation, developing innovative service models and tapping into high growth markets , with the aim of ensuring sustainable profitability and long-term value for all stakeholders.
Konstantinos Zalonis
Non-executive Member of the Board of Directors
Konstantinos Zalonis is a retired Officer of the Greek Army, with the rank of Lieutenant. He joined the Armed Forces as a Long Service Volunteer in the Infantry and distinguished himself by joining the Special Forces, acquiring a high level of training in organisation, operational planning and crisis management.
His military service has given him strong discipline, structured thinking and effective resource management skills – skills that he utilizes decisively in the business environment.
In Active Group, he is responsible for the overall quality assurance system, including the acquisition and maintenance of ISO certifications and other regulatory compliance, playing an important role in the internal organization and standardization of the Group’s processes.
Dr. Panagiotis Fassoulis
Independent Member of the Board of Directors
Dr. Panayiotis Fasoulis, an independent member of the Board of Directors, is a second generation shipowner with over 24 years of experience in shipping, finance and business consulting. In 2017, he co-founded Grid Holding, with activities in ship ownership and management as well as private equity financing through SVP Private Capital.
Alongside his business activity, he teaches as lecturer at universities on international auditing, corporate tax and finance.
He holds a PhD in Accounting & Finance and a PhD in Accounting & Finance from the University of Miami, a Master’s degree (MSc) in International Economics, Banking & Finance Finance from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics from Cambridge John Ruskin University.
Nikolaos Sakellariou
Independent Member of the Board of Directors
Nikolaos Sakellariou was born in 1974 and graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1997). In 1998 he completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom, obtaining an LL.M. in European Law.
He is currently a founding partner of the law firm TheLawFirm, with the right to practice before all levels of jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court. During his career he has successfully handled numerous cases before civil, criminal and administrative courts, as well as complex commercial transactions in Greece and abroad.
Petros Pavlidis
Commercial Director
Petros Pavlidis is a graduate of La Verne College with studies in Business Administration and extensive experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Over the years, he has developed significant expertise in sales, business development, and strategic partnership management.
Since 2017, he has served as Commercial Director of Active Group, responsible for shaping and executing the Group’s commercial strategy, driving sales growth, and strengthening its presence in the Greek IT market. In this role, he leads the Group’s commercial operations, building strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers, while actively contributing to the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of the Group’s activities.
Aristodimos Antonopoulos
Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO)
Aristodimos Antonopoulos holds a degree in Business and Economics from Anglia Polytechnic University and a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, Bangor, in the United Kingdom. He brings more than 22 years of professional experience in senior management and financial leadership roles within multinational organizations, with strong expertise in financial planning, financial resource management, and business growth support.
Since 2026, he has served as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) of Active Group, overseeing the Group’s finance, accounting, and treasury functions. In this role, he leads the Group’s financial planning and financial management, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, financial stability, and support for the company’s growth initiatives.
He actively contributes to shaping the Group’s strategy by providing financial guidance and supporting decision-making that strengthens Active’s sustainable growth and long-term value. Combining strategic thinking, business acumen, and extensive experience in complex business environments, he plays a pivotal role in achieving the Group’s objectives and driving its continued growth.
Eleftheria Papastefanaki
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Eleftheria Papastefanaki holds a degree in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She has been part of Active since 2008 and, throughout her long-standing career with the company, has undertaken roles of increasing responsibility, gaining extensive experience in operations management, organizational coordination, and business process management.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Active Group, she is responsible for coordinating the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective execution of strategy and seamless collaboration across the Group’s departments. In this role, she oversees the Human Resources (HR), Quality Assurance, Project Management Office (PMO), and Logistics functions, while leading a team of more than 25 professionals.
With deep knowledge of Active’s operations and a strong focus on operational efficiency, she plays a key role in optimizing internal processes, supporting organizational development, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. Her contribution is instrumental in ensuring operational cohesion, supporting the Group’s growth, and achieving its strategic objectives.
Sofia Demou
Sofia Demou holds a degree from the Department of Maritime Studies at the University of Piraeus and has specialized expertise in International Accounting Standards. She has been part of Active since 2000 and, throughout her long-standing career with the company, has held roles of increasing responsibility, gaining deep knowledge of financial operations, audit procedures, and the regulatory framework governing the company’s activities.
As Head of Internal Audit, she is responsible for designing and overseeing Active’s internal audit framework, ensuring the effectiveness of control mechanisms, compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements, and support for sound corporate governance. At the same time, she contributes to strengthening the transparency, accountability, and reliability of internal processes, supporting management in risk management and the continuous improvement of the company’s operations.
With more than 25 years of experience at Active, she plays an instrumental role in maintaining a strong framework of internal control and financial organization, supporting the Group’s sustainable growth and long-term stability.
Andreas Stasinopoulos
Head of Technology Operations & Strategy
Andreas Stasinopoulos holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and has extensive experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Since joining Active in 2017, he has undertaken roles of increasing responsibility, actively contributing to the development of the company’s technological capabilities and services.
As Head of Technology Operations & Strategy, he is responsible for coordinating Active’s technology operations and shaping and executing the company’s technology strategy. He leads the engineering team, organized across three divisions, with a focus on ensuring technical excellence, supporting the continuous development of team members, and successfully delivering complex projects for public and private sector clients.
At the same time, he actively contributes to the design of digital transformation initiatives, the adoption of new technologies, and the continuous optimization of the company’s services.
