As the largest insurance organization in the country, e-EFKA requires a reliable and secure printing and document management environment, with full coverage throughout the country and strict compliance with SLAs.
THE SOLUTION
Active implemented an integrated Managed Print Services (MPS) solution with centralized management of MFP A3 devices and nationwide support through a centralized help desk. Through the KFS platform, real-time monitoring, reports and automated alerts are provided for continuous monitoring of the infrastructure.
At the same time, automated consumables and predictive maintenance procedures were implemented for maximum availability and minimization of failures. The infrastructure was designed with high security standards, without direct access of the devices to the open internet.
