Public Tenders Specialist
We are ideally looking for a professional with a legal background and proven experience in public sector procurement procedures within the Information Technology industry. Strong expertise in Greek Public Procurement Law 4412/2016 is considered essential.
The role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing complex tender procedures, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and contributing strategically to the company’s public sector growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of public sector tenders related to ICT projects and services.
- Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, contractual terms, and legal requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek public procurement legislation, particularly Law 4412/2016.
- Take initiative throughout the tender lifecycle, proposing strategic approaches and solutions when needed.
- Collaborate closely with technical, presales, commercial, and management teams.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Participate in the drafting and review of administrative, legal, and technical documentation.
- Support the company’s strategic participation in major public sector IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Law (preferred / optional ) and strong understanding of public procurement legislation.
- Excellent knowledge of Law 4412/2016 and public procurement procedures
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex ICT public sector projects and tendering processes.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic procurement platforms. (ESHDHS, COSMONE, etc)
